Constellation Membership Terms & Policies
Version June 1, 2026
1. Membership Nature
Constellation is a private, application-based membership community of FUTURE of SPACE, established to foster long-term connection, intellectual curiosity, and shared exploration among its members.
Membership is subject to review and approval by FUTURE of SPACE and is granted as a revocable, non-transferable license to participate in Constellation activities, programs, and benefits. Membership may be suspended, revoked, or declined at the sole discretion of FUTURE of SPACE.
Membership does not confer any ownership interest, equity rights, voting rights, governance authority, or other financial or legal interest in FUTURE of SPACE or any affiliated entity.
2. Eligibility and Admission
Membership in Constellation is available by application and approval only. Applications are reviewed carefully to ensure alignment with the values, integrity, and purpose of the community.
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the sole right and discretion to approve, defer, or decline any application for membership. FUTURE of SPACE may also limit, suspend, reopen, or close enrollment at any time based on community capacity, membership objectives, or other considerations deemed appropriate.
Submission of an application does not guarantee admission to Constellation.
3. Membership Fees and Billing
Constellation is supported through a one-time initiation fee and annual membership dues, which enable thoughtful programming, community stewardship, and long-term planning.
Initiation Fee
The Constellation initiation fee is $12,511.11 per member and is due upon acceptance into the program.
Introductory Member Benefit
For a limited time, new Constellation members who join by December 31, 2026 will receive a $5,000 credit toward a future FUTURE of SPACE Voyage. Provided the member maintains an active Constellation membership for a minimum of two (2) consecutive years.
If membership is terminated, cancelled, or allowed to lapse before completion of the initial two-year period, the Future Voyage Credit shall be forfeited. If the credit has already been redeemed, applied to a booking, or otherwise utilized, the member agrees to reimburse FUTURE of SPACE the full $5,000 credit amount upon termination or cancellation of membership.
The initiation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Annual Dues
Annual membership dues are $2,511.11 per member, per calendar year.
Enrollment opens quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Members approved during an enrollment period may begin membership at any time within that quarter. For the initial year of membership, dues are assessed at $625 for each remaining quarter of the calendar year. Dues are not prorated within a quarter, regardless of the date of enrollment.
Beginning January 1 of the following calendar year, and on January 1 of each year thereafter, members will be billed the full annual dues amount then in effect.
Once invoiced and paid, initiation fees, annual dues, and quarterly dues are non-refundable. Members retain access to Constellation benefits through the end of the membership period already paid.
Membership is continuous and automatically renews each calendar year unless cancelled in writing by the member prior to December 1 of the preceding year.
Additional Costs
Membership fees and dues provide access to the Constellation community and associated member benefits. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, membership does not include participation fees, voyage fares, travel expenses, accommodations, transportation, or other costs associated with FUTURE of SPACE programs, expeditions, events, or experiences.
Changes to Fees and Dues
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to modify membership dues, enrollment terms, and related fees from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to members in writing and will become effective on the date specified in the notice.
Taxes
All fees and dues are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, assessments, or governmental charges, which may be added where required by applicable law.
4. Payment Methods and Confirmation
Accepted methods of payment include credit card (subject to applicable processing fees), wire transfer, personal or business check, and cashier’s check.
Membership in Constellation is not deemed active or confirmed until payment has been received and successfully processed by FUTURE of SPACE. For payments made by check or cashier’s check, membership activation and access to member benefits shall commence only after the funds have fully cleared and been deposited.
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to suspend, delay, or revoke membership activation in the event of a declined payment, returned check, chargeback, or other payment-related issue.
5. Cancellation and Renewal
Membership renews automatically each calendar year unless the member provides written notice of cancellation on or before December 1 of the preceding year.
Cancellation of membership does not entitle the member to any refund of initiation fees, annual dues, quarterly dues, or any other fees previously paid. Members who cancel their membership will retain access to Constellation benefits through the end of the membership period already paid.
All initiation fees, dues, and related charges are final and non-refundable, including in cases of non-attendance, partial participation, voluntary withdrawal, suspension, or termination during a paid membership period, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or specifically approved in writing by FUTURE of SPACE.
Any refund rights, cancellation rights, or grace periods required by applicable law shall apply only to the minimum extent required by such law.
6. Membership Pause
FUTURE of SPACE recognizes that personal and professional circumstances may change from time to time. Accordingly, members may request a one-time pause of their Constellation membership for a period of up to twelve (12) consecutive months.
A membership pause applies only to future billing obligations and does not entitle the member to any refund, credit, extension, or reimbursement of initiation fees, dues, or other amounts previously paid. Members retain access to Constellation benefits only through the end of the membership period already paid.
During an approved pause period, all membership benefits and privileges are suspended, including, without limitation, access to member-only events and experiences, booking privileges, pricing protections, guest privileges, member communications, and the use or application of any membership-related credits.
Membership will automatically reactivate at the conclusion of the approved pause period and will resume under the membership terms and fee structure then in effect, unless the member provides written notice of cancellation prior to the reactivation date.
A membership pause may not exceed twelve (12) consecutive months. If a paused membership is not reactivated within that period, the membership shall be deemed voluntarily terminated. Any future participation in Constellation will require submission of a new application, approval by FUTURE of SPACE, and payment of the then-current initiation fee and applicable dues.
All membership pause requests are subject to review and approval by FUTURE of SPACE and are effective only upon written confirmation.
Any approved pause period shall not count toward the two-year active membership requirement associated with the Future Voyage Credit.
7. Access and Pricing Principles
Constellation members receive priority access to eligible FUTURE of SPACE experiences, expeditions, events, and other offerings made available to the membership community.
Membership provides access to the Constellation community and eligibility to participate in FUTURE of SPACE offerings; however, membership does not guarantee availability, reservation, placement, invitation, or participation in any specific experience, event, expedition, voyage, or program. Capacity limitations, operational considerations, partner requirements, and other factors may affect availability.
Unless otherwise specified, participation opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-booked basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Member pricing, when offered, represents the standard rate available to Constellation members and should not be interpreted as a discount from any public, promotional, or future pricing. FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to establish, modify, or discontinue pricing, benefits, and participation terms for any offering at its sole discretion.
8. Benefits, Inclusions, and Program Evolution
Constellation is intended to be a living and evolving community. Membership provides access to a curated collection of benefits, opportunities, experiences, and connections that may expand, change, or adapt over time as FUTURE of SPACE continues to explore new frontiers and develop new programs.
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to modify, enhance, substitute, suspend, or discontinue specific benefits, experiences, inclusions, partnerships, services, or program elements at any time and with prospective effect, as the needs of the community and the evolution of the program may require.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in writing, any such modifications will not affect fees already paid for a separately confirmed experience, event, expedition, voyage, or program.
Membership does not guarantee access to any particular benefit, experience, event, expedition, voyage, guest speaker, partner offering, or program element. Participation and availability are subject to capacity limitations, scheduling, safety considerations, operational requirements, partner availability, and other factors beyond the reasonable control of FUTURE of SPACE.
9. Non-Member Access and Open House Experiences
Non-Member Participation
From time to time, FUTURE of SPACE may make select experiences, events, programs, or offerings available to individuals who are not active Constellation members. Participation by non-members is entirely discretionary and may be subject to invitation, capacity limitations, additional fees, waivers, eligibility requirements, and any other terms communicated for the applicable offering.
Participation in any FUTURE of SPACE experience by a non-member does not confer membership status, priority access, future eligibility, or any right to participate in future offerings.
Open House Experiences
Open House Experiences are invitation-only introductory opportunities designed to provide prospective members with a limited opportunity to experience the Constellation community.
Unless otherwise approved in writing by FUTURE of SPACE, each individual is eligible to participate in no more than one (1) Open House Experience. Participation in an Open House Experience does not constitute membership, create any ongoing rights or privileges, or guarantee admission to Constellation.
Family Participation
FUTURE of SPACE may, at its sole discretion, permit spouses, partners, children, family members, or other guests to participate in designated experiences or events.
Any such participation must be expressly authorized for the applicable offering and may be subject to separate pricing, waivers, eligibility requirements, age restrictions, participation standards, and other conditions. Family or guest participation does not confer membership status, create membership rights, or establish eligibility for any other FUTURE of SPACE experience, event, or program.
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to designate certain experiences, events, voyages, expeditions, or offerings as member-exclusive
10. Guest Policy
As a membership benefit, Constellation members may invite one (1) non-member guest to attend one (1) eligible members-only gathering, event, or experience, subject to availability and any requirements established for the applicable offering.
Guest participation is a privilege, not a right, and is subject to the prior approval of FUTURE of SPACE. FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to limit, deny, modify, or revoke guest participation for any experience based on capacity, operational considerations, safety requirements, community standards, or other factors.
Following attendance at a members-only experience, a guest must obtain an active Constellation membership to participate in future members-only gatherings, events, or experiences, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by FUTURE of SPACE.
Additional guest fees, waivers, eligibility requirements, or participation conditions may apply to specific experiences.
11. Referral Program
Constellation values the introduction of thoughtful individuals who strengthen and contribute to the community.
When a Constellation member refers an individual who is approved for membership, enrolls in Constellation, and pays all required initiation fees and dues, the following referral benefits shall apply:
- The referring member will receive a $1,000 credit toward their next annual membership dues.
- The new member will receive a $500 credit toward their next annual membership dues.
Referral credits apply solely to annual membership dues, have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be applied retroactively.
To receive or redeem a referral credit, both the referring member and the new member must be active members in good standing at the time the credit is applied.
Referral credits may not be applied toward initiation fees, voyage fares, participation fees, travel expenses, or any FUTURE of SPACE experience, event, expedition, or program.
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time, provided that any referral credits already earned prior to such change will be honored in accordance with these terms.
12. Enrollment Incentives and Credits
From time to time, FUTURE of SPACE may offer enrollment incentives, promotional credits, voyage credits, referral credits, participation credits, or other special benefits in connection with membership enrollment, renewal, referrals, or participation in designated FUTURE of SPACE experiences.
The value, eligibility requirements, expiration date (if any), permitted uses, and other conditions applicable to any credit or incentive shall be governed by the written terms of the specific offer under which it is granted.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, credits:
- Have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, exchanged, or combined with other offers.
- May not be applied retroactively to prior purchases, bookings, or payments.
- May be applied only toward eligible FUTURE of SPACE experiences, programs, events, expeditions, voyages, or fees specifically identified in the applicable offer.
To redeem or apply any credit, the member must be in good standing at the time of booking, payment, and participation.
Where multiple credits, incentives, or promotional offers may apply, FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to determine eligibility and application order, and may prohibit the stacking or combination of offers unless expressly authorized in writing.
In the event of any conflict between these Membership Terms and the written terms of a specific offer, the written terms of the specific offer shall control with respect to that credit or incentive.
13. Code of Conduct and Community Standards
Constellation is a trust-based community built upon mutual respect, discretion, curiosity, integrity, and consideration for others. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that contributes positively to the community and reflects the values of FUTURE of SPACE in all related settings, whether in person, online, or through relationships formed as a result of membership.
Members shall respect the privacy of fellow members, guests, speakers, partners, and staff. Unless expressly authorized, members may not record, distribute, publish, attribute, or disclose private conversations, confidential information, member communications, participant identities, or other non-public content obtained through Constellation or FUTURE of SPACE experiences.
Members are expected to treat all participants, guests, partners, vendors, speakers, crew, and staff with professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, stalking, predatory conduct, exploitation, or any behavior that creates an unsafe, hostile, or disruptive environment will not be tolerated.
The use, possession, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs; physical violence; threats of violence; intentional damage to property; conduct that endangers the health, safety, wellbeing, or security of any participant; or any violation of applicable law may result in immediate removal from an experience and may further result in suspension or termination of membership.
Members shall not misuse access to the community, member directories, introductions, private communications, featured guests, speakers, partners, or other relationships developed through Constellation. Misrepresentation, unauthorized commercial solicitation, abuse of member access, breach of confidentiality, or conduct that undermines the trust, safety, reputation, or integrity of the community may result in disciplinary action.
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any participant from an experience, suspend membership, or terminate membership if it determines that a member’s conduct has caused, or could reasonably be expected to cause, harm to the safety, wellbeing, reputation, operations, or integrity of FUTURE of SPACE, its members, featured guests, partners, affiliates, or programs.
Any suspension or termination may occur with or without prior notice and may be implemented immediately when circumstances warrant. No refund, credit, reimbursement, or compensation shall be provided for any initiation fee, dues, experience fee, voyage fare, or other payment previously made.
Upon termination of membership by FUTURE of SPACE, all membership rights, privileges, access, credits, benefits, and participation opportunities shall immediately cease, regardless of any fees paid or time remaining in the membership period.
Members shall not use the name, likeness, image, statements, participation, or association of any member, featured guest, speaker, partner, or FUTURE of SPACE for promotional, commercial, fundraising, endorsement, media, or publicity purposes without prior written consent.
14. Suspension and Termination
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any membership for conduct that violates these Terms & Policies or that undermines the safety, integrity, reputation, operations, or trust of the Constellation community.
Membership may also be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, late payment, reversed payments, chargebacks, failed transactions, unsuccessful deposits, or any other payment-related issue.
Suspension or termination may occur with or without prior notice when circumstances warrant. Any review, reconsideration, reinstatement, or exception is entirely discretionary and does not create any right of appeal.
Upon suspension or termination, all membership rights, privileges, access, benefits, credits, booking rights, and participation opportunities shall immediately cease. No refund, credit, reimbursement, or proration shall be provided for initiation fees, dues, experience fees, voyage fares, or any other amounts previously paid.
15. Program Integrity and Independent Activities
FUTURE of SPACE experiences are intentionally designed as cohesive, shared journeys. To preserve the quality, safety, operational integrity, and community experience of official programming, members agree not to organize, promote, host, or facilitate independent events, gatherings, meetings, excursions, or activities that conflict with, compete with, materially interfere with, or detract from official FUTURE of SPACE programming during any FUTURE of SPACE event, experience, expedition, voyage, or program without prior written approval.
Any activity involving FUTURE of SPACE staff, featured guests, speakers, partners, vendors, operators, venues, or shared program time must receive prior written approval from FUTURE of SPACE.
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to restrict, prohibit, modify, or discontinue any activity that it reasonably determines could create scheduling conflicts, compromise safety, disrupt operations, divide participant attention, burden staff or partners, or otherwise negatively affect the quality, cohesion, or reputation of the experience.
16. Intellectual Property
All content, programming, presentations, recordings, written materials, branding, trademarks, logos, imagery, designs, websites, digital assets, and other intellectual property associated with FUTURE of SPACE remain the exclusive property of FUTURE of SPACE or its licensors.
Members may not reproduce, record, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, commercialize, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any FUTURE of SPACE intellectual property without prior written permission.
Except for the limited, revocable license to participate in Constellation and FUTURE of SPACE experiences as expressly provided in these Terms & Policies, no license, ownership interest, or intellectual property rights are granted to any member.
17. Privacy and Discretion
Participation in Constellation is conditioned upon respect for privacy, confidentiality, and discretion.
Member directories, contact information, introductions, private communications, community discussions, participant identities, and non-public information obtained through Constellation or FUTURE of SPACE experiences are confidential and may not be disclosed, distributed, published, or shared without the express permission of the affected parties or FUTURE of SPACE, as applicable.
Members acknowledge that the value of the community depends in part upon trust, discretion, and respect for personal and professional privacy.
18. Force Majeure
FUTURE of SPACE experiences, events, expeditions, voyages, gatherings, and member benefits may be delayed, modified, postponed, interrupted, relocated, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of FUTURE of SPACE.
Such circumstances include, without limitation, weather conditions, environmental events, safety concerns, governmental actions, regulatory changes, public health emergencies, pandemics, transportation disruptions, travel restrictions, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, armed conflict, natural disasters, venue closures, supplier failures, partner decisions, or other unforeseen events.
Such circumstances shall not constitute a breach of these Terms & Policies and shall not create any entitlement to refunds, credits, compensation, damages, or reimbursement except as FUTURE of SPACE may determine, in its sole discretion, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Members acknowledge the inherent uncertainty associated with exploration-, travel-, expedition-, and event-based activities.
19. Notices
Any notice required or permitted under these Terms & Policies may be delivered electronically, including by email.
Members are responsible for maintaining current contact information and ensuring receipt of communications from FUTURE of SPACE.
Notices from members must be submitted in writing to the email address or other contact method designated by FUTURE of SPACE from time to time.
20. Amendments and Interpretation
Constellation is intended to evolve alongside its members and the broader mission of FUTURE of SPACE. Accordingly, FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to modify these Terms & Policies, membership benefits, pricing structures, participation requirements, programs, and related policies from time to time with prospective effect.
Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
FUTURE of SPACE retains sole and final authority to interpret these Terms & Policies and to determine their application in any particular circumstance.
21. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to Constellation membership, participation in FUTURE of SPACE programs, or these Terms & Policies, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, the parties agree to participate in confidential, non-binding mediation before commencing any formal legal proceeding, except where injunctive, equitable, or emergency relief is reasonably required.
Nothing in this section limits the authority of FUTURE of SPACE to suspend or terminate membership in accordance with these Terms & Policies.
Any legal proceeding not resolved through mediation shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
22. Governing Law
These Terms & Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
23. Limitation of Liability
Participation in Constellation and in any FUTURE of SPACE experience, event, expedition, voyage, gathering, program, or activity is voluntary and undertaken at the member’s own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FUTURE of SPACE, its founders, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, speakers, featured guests, sponsors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or speculative damages arising out of or relating to membership in Constellation, participation in any FUTURE of SPACE offering, or the use of any membership benefit, including, without limitation, loss of business opportunity, loss of revenue, loss of profits, reputational harm, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, travel disruptions, or other economic losses.
FUTURE of SPACE does not guarantee the conduct, performance, availability, actions, statements, qualifications, or suitability of any member, guest, speaker, featured participant, sponsor, partner, operator, venue, transportation provider, accommodation provider, guide, contractor, vendor, or third party associated with any FUTURE of SPACE experience. Members assume all risks associated with interactions, introductions, communications, transactions, relationships, collaborations, investments, business opportunities, or other arrangements that may arise through participation in Constellation or any FUTURE of SPACE activity.
FUTURE of SPACE acts solely as the organizer, curator, and facilitator of experiences and community engagement and shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, services, decisions, failures, cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities of any third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of FUTURE of SPACE arising out of or relating to membership, participation in any experience, or these Terms & Policies shall not exceed the total amount of membership dues actually paid by the member to FUTURE of SPACE during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Policies shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
FUTURE of SPACE makes no representation or warranty regarding the outcome, value, suitability, or success of any introduction, relationship, collaboration, investment opportunity, business transaction, employment opportunity, advisory relationship, or other connection formed through Constellation.
