Constellation Membership Terms & Policies
Version January 16, 2026
1. Membership Nature
Constellation is an individual, application-based membership community of FUTURE of SPACE, created to foster long-term connection, curiosity, and shared exploration. Membership is subject to approval and is granted as a revocable, non-transferable license to participate. Membership does not confer equity, ownership, voting rights, or governance authority.
2. Eligibility and Admission
Membership in Constellation is available through approved application. Applications are reviewed with care to ensure alignment with the values, integrity, and spirit of the community. FUTURE of SPACE retains discretion to approve, defer, or decline applications and may pause, limit, or close enrollment as the community grows and capacity is reached.
3. Membership Fees and Billing
Constellation is supported through an initiation fee and annual dues, which enable thoughtful programming, community care, and long-term planning.
The initiation fee for Constellation is $7,500 per member, due upon acceptance. The initiation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Annual dues for Constellation are currently $2,500 per member, per calendar year. Dues, enrollment terms, and related fees are subject to change and are reviewed on an annual basis. Any updates will be communicated to members in writing and will apply beginning on the effective date specified in the notice.
Enrollment opens quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Applicants approved during an enrollment window may begin membership at any point during that quarter. Annual dues are collected on a quarterly enrollment basis of $625 per quarter for each remaining quarter in the current calendar year. Dues are not prorated within a quarter, regardless of the date of enrollment.
Beginning January 1 of the following calendar year, and on January 1 of each subsequent year thereafter, all members are billed the full annual dues of $2,500. Once billed, annual or quarterly dues are non-refundable, and members retain access and benefits through the end of the period already paid.
Membership initiation fees and annual dues provide access to the Constellation community and related benefits but do not include participation fees, travel costs, or expenses associated with FUTURE of SPACE experiences unless expressly stated in writing for a specific offering.
All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or assessments, which may be charged in addition to initiation fees or dues where required by applicable law.
4. Payment Methods and Confirmation
Accepted forms of payment include credit card (subject to applicable processing fees), wire transfer, or check or cashier’s check. Membership in Constellation is confirmed only upon receipt and successful deposit of payment. For payments made by check, membership benefits begin only after funds have cleared.
5. Cancellation and Renewal
Membership renews automatically unless canceled in writing by November 15 of the preceding year. Cancellation does not entitle the member to any refund of initiation fees or dues already paid, and members who cancel retain access through the end of the period already paid.
All dues and fees are final and non-refundable, including in cases of non-attendance, partial use, suspension, or termination during a paid term, except where a refund or grace period is expressly required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by FUTURE of SPACE. Any legally required grace period or refund right will apply only to the minimum extent required by applicable law.
6. Membership Pause
We recognize that circumstances can change. Members may request a one-time pause of membership for up to twelve (12) months. A pause applies only to future billing cycles and does not entitle the member to a refund or credit. Members retain access through the end of any paid period.
During a pause period, membership benefits are inactive, including access to FUTURE of SPACE experiences, booking privileges, pricing protections, guest privileges, and the ability to apply credits. Membership resumes automatically at the conclusion of the approved pause period unless the member submits a written cancellation request prior to reactivation.
If a membership remains paused beyond twelve (12) months, the membership will be deemed terminated. Any subsequent reentry into Constellation requires a new application and payment of the then-current initiation fee. Approval of a pause is discretionary and subject to written confirmation by FUTURE of SPACE.
7. Access and Pricing Principles
Members of Constellation receive priority access to eligible FUTURE of SPACE experiences and events. Membership provides access to the community and eligibility for FUTURE of SPACE offerings but does not guarantee availability, placement, or participation in any specific experience, event, or trip. Participation is confirmed on a first-come, first-booked basis at the member rate. Member pricing represents the standard rate and does not constitute a discount.
8. Benefits, Inclusions, and Program Evolution
Constellation is designed as a living, evolving community. Membership provides access to a curated set of benefits, opportunities, and experiences that may grow, shift, or adapt over time as FUTURE of SPACE continues to explore new frontiers.
FUTURE of SPACE may modify, substitute, suspend, or discontinue specific benefits, inclusions, experiences, or program elements with prospective effect, as the community and its offerings evolve. Any such changes will not affect fees already paid for a confirmed experience unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Membership does not guarantee access to any specific benefit or experience and participation remains subject to availability, capacity, safety considerations, and operational requirements.
9. Non-Member Access and Open House Experiences
Select FUTURE of SPACE experiences may be made available to individuals without active membership, subject to invitation, capacity, and any additional terms communicated for that experience.
Open House Experiences. Open House Experiences are invitation-only, one-time introductory opportunities for individuals without active membership. Each individual may participate in one (1) Open House Experience total. Participation does not confer membership or ongoing access.
Family Participation. FUTURE of SPACE may permit family participation for certain experiences at its discretion. Any family participation must be expressly authorized for the applicable experience and may be subject to separate pricing, waivers, and participation requirements. Family participation does not confer membership or create eligibility for any other experience.
10. Guest Policy
Members may invite one (1) non-member guest to attend one (1) members-only gathering or experience, where permitted. After attending, the guest must obtain membership to participate in future members-only experiences. FUTURE of SPACE may impose additional limits, approvals, or conditions for any particular experience.
11. Referral Program
When a member of Constellation refers an individual who is approved and enrolls: • The referring member receives a $1,000 credit applied toward their next annual dues • The new member receives a $500 credit applied toward their annual duesReferral credits apply only to annual dues, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be applied retroactively. Both parties must be active members in good standing at the time the credit is applied. Referral credits do not apply to initiation fees or participation fees for FUTURE of SPACE experiences.
12. Enrollment Incentives and Credits
FUTURE of SPACE may offer credits in connection with approved enrollment or participation in specific FUTURE of SPACE experiences. The value and use of any credit are defined by the written terms of the specific offer under which it is provided. Credits carry a stated value and may be applied toward eligible FUTURE of SPACE experiences as outlined in the applicable offer. Credits are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may not be applied retroactively unless clearly stated in writing. In order to apply a credit, members must be in good standing at the time of booking and at the time of participation. When multiple offers exist, the terms of the specific offer apply.
13. Code of Conduct and Community Standards
Constellation is a trust-based community grounded in respect, discretion, and care for one another. Members are expected to engage thoughtfully and responsibly in all FUTURE of SPACE–related settings, whether in person, online, or through relationships formed via the community. Recording, attributing, or sharing private conversations, content, or participant identities without permission is prohibited. Members must treat all participants, guests, partners, and staff with respect at all times. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, discriminatory behavior, or predatory or exploitative conduct of any kind will not be tolerated. The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs; physical altercations or threats of physical harm; or any conduct that jeopardizes the safety, wellbeing, or security of others or of a FUTURE of SPACE experience will result in immediate removal from the experience and may result in suspension or termination of membership, regardless of fault or circumstance. Conduct that causes, or could reasonably be expected to cause, reputational harm to FUTURE of SPACE, its members, featured guests, partners, or affiliates; misuse of access or introductions; misrepresentation; or other behavior that undermines trust, safety, or community integrity may result in immediate removal from an experience, suspension, or termination of membership without refund, at the discretion of FUTURE of SPACE. Upon termination by FUTURE of SPACE, all membership rights, privileges, access, and benefits are immediately revoked, regardless of any fees paid or time remaining in the membership period.
14. Suspension and Termination
FUTURE of SPACE may suspend or terminate membership for conduct that violates these Terms & Policies or undermines the integrity, safety, or trust of the Constellation community. Termination for cause results in immediate loss of access to all membership benefits, with no refund or proration. Any review or reconsideration is discretionary and does not create a right to appeal. Access to membership benefits is contingent upon timely payment and ongoing compliance with Constellation policies. FUTURE of SPACE may suspend or terminate membership for nonpayment, late payment, reversed payments, failed transactions, or unsuccessful deposits, in its discretion, without refund. Upon suspension or termination, all membership rights, privileges, access, and benefits are immediately revoked, regardless of any fees paid or time remaining in the membership period.
15. Program Integrity and Independent Activities
FUTURE of SPACE experiences are carefully designed to flow as cohesive, shared journeys. To preserve the integrity, safety, and quality of these experiences, certain guidelines apply during official programming. Members may not organize, promote, or host independent events, gatherings, meetings, or activities that conflict with, compete with, or materially interfere with FUTURE of SPACE–produced programs during official FUTURE of SPACE events, experiences, or voyages without prior written approval. Any coordination involving FUTURE of SPACE staff, featured guests, partners, vendors, venues, or shared program time must be reviewed and approved in advance by FUTURE of SPACE. Activities that create scheduling conflicts, divide participant attention, compromise safety protocols, or place undue burden on staff, partners, or operators are not permitted.FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to limit or prohibit any independent activity that it reasonably determines could undermine the quality, safety, cohesion, or reputation of the experience.
16. Intellectual Property
FUTURE of SPACE retains all rights to its content, programming, branding, and materials. Unauthorized use, recording, distribution, or attribution is prohibited. No license is granted to members except the limited license to participate described in these Terms & Policies.
17. Privacy and Discretion
Participation in Constellation is conditioned on respect for privacy, confidentiality, and discretion. Member lists, introductions, and private conversations are confidential and may not be shared without permission.
18. Force Majeure
FUTURE of SPACE experiences, gatherings, and access are subject to change, postponement, modification, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, environmental factors, safety considerations, governmental actions, public health events, transportation disruptions, cessation of travel, pandemics, riots, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, labor actions, or decisions by partners, operators, or venues. Such changes do not constitute a breach of these Terms & Policies and do not entitle members to refunds, credits, or compensation beyond what FUTURE of SPACE may determine, in its discretion, to be appropriate. Members acknowledge the inherent uncertainty associated with exploration- and travel-dependent activities.
19. Notices
Written notice under these Terms & Policies may be provided electronically by email. Notices from members must be submitted in writing to the contact method designated by FUTURE of SPACE.
20. Amendments and Interpretation
As FUTURE of SPACE and the Constellation community evolve, these Terms & Policies may also evolve. FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing structures, benefits, or programs with prospective effect. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. FUTURE of SPACE retains final interpretive authority over these Terms & Policies.
21. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to membership in Constellation, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct discussion. If the dispute is not resolved informally, the parties agree to pursue confidential, non-binding mediation before initiating any formal legal proceeding, unless injunctive or equitable relief is required. Nothing in this section limits FUTURE of SPACE’s discretion to suspend or terminate membership in accordance with these Terms & Policies. Any legal action not resolved through mediation shall be governed by and brought in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
22. Governing Law
These Terms & Policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
