Minimum Age
Guests must be at least six (6) years of age at the time of embarkation. All guests under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Maximum Occupancy
Unless otherwise specified, suite occupancy is limited to two (2) guests per suite.
Suite Availability
Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability at the time a completed reservation and required payment are received by FUTURE of SPACE. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
Single Occupancy
Guests reserving a suite for single occupancy shall be responsible for payment of the full published suite rate applicable to the selected category. Any applicable single-occupancy supplement will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the reservation and shall be subject to the same payment, cancellation, and refund terms as the underlying reservation.
Voyage Experience
FUTURE of SPACE experiences are expedition-based programs designed to combine exploration, education, conversation, and discovery. While every effort is made to deliver the experience as described, expedition travel is inherently dynamic and certain activities, destinations, landings, wildlife sightings, and programming elements may vary based on conditions encountered during the voyage.
Travel Insurance
Certain Voyages require comprehensive travel insurance as a condition of participation. Where required, such insurance is mandated by the vessel operator or expedition provider and must satisfy the applicable minimum coverage requirements, including emergency medical and emergency medical evacuation coverage.
For Voyages operated aboard Scenic vessels, Scenic requires all Voyagers to maintain travel insurance meeting its minimum coverage requirements.
FUTURE of SPACE facilitates access to travel insurance through its preferred partners for convenience only. Voyagers remain free to purchase coverage through any insurer, provided the policy satisfies any applicable voyage requirements.
Questions regarding insurance coverage should be directed to the applicable insurance provider.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by bank wire transfer and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A processing fee of three percent (3%) applies to all credit card transactions. FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods or processing fees at any time.

Constellation Membership
Constellation Membership is a membership program offered by FUTURE of SPACE that may provide eligible members with preferred voyage pricing, promotional voyage credits, priority access, invitations, and other benefits, as announced by FUTURE of SPACE from time to time.
Membership fees are separate from voyage payments and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Any promotional voyage credit, preferred pricing, discount, or other membership benefit is offered solely as a membership benefit, has no cash value, is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash except as expressly authorized by FUTURE of SPACE.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Constellation Membership fees, promotional voyage credits, preferred pricing, discounts, membership benefits, and any other non-cash consideration are not refundable and shall not be included in the calculation of any refund under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Promotional voyage credits may be applied only toward eligible voyage purchases and are forfeited if the applicable voyage reservation is canceled.
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Constellation Membership or its benefits prospectively. Any such modification shall not affect a voyage reservation already confirmed unless expressly stated at the time of booking.
Additional Reservation Requirements
Travel Documentation
Guests are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, health certificates, vaccination records, and any other documentation required by applicable laws, regulations, transportation providers, or governmental authorities. Passports must remain valid for at least six (6) months following completion of the voyage or such longer period as may be required by applicable laws, governmental authorities, transportation providers, or destination requirements.
Guests are responsible for verifying all entry, exit, transit, health, and documentation requirements applicable to their itinerary.
Fitness to Travel
By making a reservation, guests represent and warrant that they are physically, medically, and mentally fit to participate in the voyage and any related activities. Expedition travel may involve varying weather conditions, uneven terrain, Zodiac transfers, ship motion, helicopter operations, prolonged walking, stairways, gangways, and other activities requiring a reasonable degree of mobility and physical capability. Guests are responsible for consulting with their medical providers regarding fitness to travel and for disclosing any conditions that may impact participation or the safety of themselves or others.
FUTURE of SPACE and its partners reserve the right to deny participation in specific activities or refuse embarkation if a guest’s condition presents a safety concern.
Pregnancy
Women who have entered their twenty-fourth (24th) week of pregnancy (23 weeks and 1 day) at the time of embarkation may not participate in the Voyage in accordance with applicable safety requirements and supplier policies.
Medical Responsibility
Guests are solely responsible for all medical expenses, treatments, medications, transportation, evacuation costs, repatriation expenses, and related charges incurred before, during, or after the voyage. FUTURE of SPACE strongly encourages guests to maintain insurance coverage that includes emergency medical treatment, medical evacuation, and repatriation benefits.
Expedition Activities and Wildlife Sightings
Expedition travel is inherently dynamic and dependent upon environmental, weather, wildlife, ice, sea, operational, regulatory, and safety conditions. Specific destinations, activities, excursions, landings, helicopter operations, Zodiac excursions, wildlife sightings, educational programs, presentations, Featured Guest appearances, and other voyage elements cannot be guaranteed. No representation or warranty is made regarding wildlife sightings, including polar bears, whales, seabirds, or any other species.
Captain’s Authority
The Captain shall have final authority regarding all itinerary decisions, landings, activities, Zodiac operations, helicopter operations, route modifications, and safety-related matters. All decisions are made in the interest of guest safety, crew safety, environmental stewardship, and operational requirements.
Featured Guests and Programming
Featured Guests, speakers, expedition leaders, programming, activities, ports of call, landing sites, and itinerary elements are subject to change. Featured Guests are invited participants and may be added, removed, substituted, delayed, or otherwise unavailable for all or part of the voyage. No specific presentation, appearance, activity, meal, photograph, autograph, conversation, or personal interaction with any Featured Guest is guaranteed.
Itinerary
FUTURE of SPACE, in consultation with the vessel operator, expedition team, and Captain, may modify the itinerary, route, schedule, activities, ports of call, landing sites, or voyage operations due to weather, sea conditions, sea ice, operational requirements, governmental directives, safety considerations, environmental conditions, wildlife activity, or other circumstances affecting the voyage.
Photography, Video, Audio and Likeness Release
Photography, videography, audio recording, live-streaming, and other media capture may occur during the voyage. By participating, guests grant FUTURE of SPACE and its designees the right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and statements in promotional, educational, documentary, editorial, archival, and commercial materials without additional compensation. Guests wishing to avoid individual feature photography should notify FUTURE of SPACE in writing prior to embarkation.
Important Information
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline, refuse, cancel, or revoke any reservation at any time, subject to applicable law and any refund obligations expressly set forth in the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.
All reservations are personal, non-transferable, and may not be assigned, resold, or transferred without the prior written consent of FUTURE of SPACE. Any permitted modification, cancellation, or transfer shall remain subject to the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy.
