VIP Experience Terms & Conditions

1. Final Sale
All VIP Experience purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Valid Event Ticket Required
A valid event ticket is required for each performance date associated with the VIP Experience. VIP access is valid only for the corresponding date of the purchased event ticket.

3. Credential Control
VIP credentials or wristbands must be presented and worn at all times for access. Credentials are required for entry into all VIP areas and may not be shared. Lost, stolen, or tampered credentials or wristbands will not be replaced. Re-entry is not guaranteed.

4. Non-Transferability and No Resale
VIP Experiences are personal to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, resold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any other individual. Any resale or transfer, whether for value or not, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

5. Identification Requirement
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification upon request. The name must match the original purchaser. Failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund.

6. Age Requirement
Guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Guests under twenty-one (21) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

7. Meet & Greet Format
The Meet & Greet is limited to a brief, managed photo opportunity. All photographs will be taken exclusively by the official event photographer designated by FUTURE of SPACE. No personal photography, selfies, video recording, or use of mobile devices is permitted.

8. No Autographs
Autograph requests are strictly prohibited at all times during the VIP Experience, including the Meet & Greet. Any violation will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of the VIP Experience without refund.

9. Merchandise, Sales and Signing Restrictions
FUTURE of SPACE is the exclusive and official provider of all The Universe Is Absurd! merchandise. No products, merchandise, or items may be sold, offered for sale, or promoted by guests onsite under any circumstances.

Guests are not permitted to request or obtain any autographs or signatures from Featured Guests at any time. Featured Guests will not sign any items, including personal items, third-party merchandise, or items brought by guests. Signing on the body is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in removal and forfeiture of the VIP Experience without refund.

10. No Commercial or Media Use
VIP Experiences may not be used for commercial, promotional, media, or publicity purposes without prior written consent from FUTURE of SPACE.

11. Commemorative Items
All VIP commemorative items, including signed materials and gifts, are distributed in limited quantities. FUTURE of SPACE does not maintain additional inventory. Lost, stolen, or damaged items will not be replaced. Items have no cash value and are not redeemable or substitutable.

12. Guest Conduct
Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, inappropriate conduct, intoxication, or any form of violence will not be tolerated.

13. Right to Remove or Revoke Access
FUTURE of SPACE reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to deny entry, remove any guest, or revoke VIP Experience access without refund for violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or venue policies.

14. Timing and Access
All VIP Experience elements operate on a fixed schedule. Late arrival may result in forfeiture of all or part of the experience without refund.

15. Program Changes
All elements of the VIP Experience, including timing, format, and participation of Featured Guests, are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued.

16. Security and Compliance
All guests must comply with venue security procedures and applicable policies. Failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund.

17. Limitation of Interaction
Interaction with Featured Guests is limited, non-exclusive, and time-constrained. No guarantees are made regarding duration or level of engagement.

18. Media Release
By attending, guests grant FUTURE of SPACE the irrevocable right to capture and use their name, image, likeness, and voice in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.

19. Assumption of Risk
Guests voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the experience.

20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FUTURE of SPACE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the VIP Experience.

21. Third-Party Responsibility
FUTURE of SPACE is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of third-party venues, vendors, or Featured Guests.

22. Force Majeure
FUTURE of SPACE shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to causes beyond its control.

23. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

24. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase and/or participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
